Ingredients for Crispy Potatoes and Scrambled Eggs
For the Crispy Potatoes:
- 2 med potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional: Garlic powder or herbs (dried)
For the Scrambled Eggs:
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk or cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Step by Step Preparation
1. Cook the Crispy Potatoes
Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Put the diced potatoes in the skillet with salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread them out evenly.
